The worst nab in Perth
There were 3 Asian looking staff in shop
One Asian man sitting at front and one Asian woman standing next to him and there were another one that was sitting in the office looking at his computer
I stand there waiting for 10 minutes and nobody came to greet and help
All of those staff ignored me and kept doing their own stuff as if customers were invisible
Especially this woman stuff walked pass me 3 times and kept ignoring me
Worst customer service ever from a bank for me in Australia
Look at the Westpac across from the road , the staff there are Asians too but they are nice and friendly and helpful .
