Worst customer service in credit card. Not going to recommend this bank especially being the last branch in Perth. Had unknown interest charged on my credit card and both branch and creditcard help line pushing responsibility to one another even after escalating the issue. It’s a joke same bank pushing fault to one another. It’s not a big amount less than $50 but as consumer, I believe I have the right to know what I am charged for. When I wanted to close the creditcard account, the previous teller supervisor told me that she will look into it and followup the following week. I need to come to the branch in order to close and any balance refunded on dispute can be organised using cheque. 3 weeks later, no news or call. Today was a different teller, hence different advice - I can close the credit card over the phone but they dont issue cheque. Had enough and closed my account on the spot.
