This bank has closed with no notice of reopening even atm is no longer in use. This in an area with many elderly or on limited incomes, and business owners. My business and private accounts and those of workmates and family were changed to Bendigo because of their past excellent service. I have sent emails with genuine issues which I have not even had acknowledged. I don’t have time to travel to West lakes. Very bad form.
The steps from the car park are too steep and the ramp needs camping equipment it takes so long when you have mobility issues. The ATM feels unsafe at night. None of this was a problem at the old branch. The friendly atmosphere inside is absent. I would rather drive further to another branch.
