Absolutely shocking experience, went to withdraw cash out of a savings account and 1 teller behind counter with +/- 20 people qued outside the door. I was also asked what I am using the money for, that is a very personal question. Very inappropriate, so why ask the question. Regardless. There are alot of scammers and fraud going on, well I know scammers and I know fraud, IT specialist. I would be more concerned about a hacker. Inappropriate and I understand the young girl or lady was doing her job and she would not release the money until we gave her an answer, just doing my job. Suggestion box, can we change the question. Can you get more staff and not worry about what I am doing with my money. My saga at this bank continues (to be continued). Make sure you check everything on a 2 to sign account. A staff member forged our signatures on a debit slip. Against the law and carries a 7 year jail sentence in WA. Took 60 days to resolve this issue. They admitted to their fraud. Not happy. To think that you are meant to have trust in your bank.
