About Islington Baptist Church
A church for the Islington, Maryville, Tighes Hill & wider Newcastle community sharing the life-changing message of Jesus.
Our Sunday morning English and Chinese church services meet simultaneously. The Chinese ministry meets in the church lounge - enter via the enclosed yard off the church car park. The English service is in the main church auditorium - entry closest to Maitland Rd. For parents of young children, there is a soundproof parents room in the main church building where you can see and hear the English service.
We aim to be the kind of Christian community that reflects the sacrificial love that God first showed to us in Jesus. In doing this we hope to positively influence and encourage the entire community.
