My friend and I decided to visit their bar Friday night (05/08/2022) we approached one of the staff at the bar and kindly asked for the menu - she was abrupt and dismissive and told us the menus are on the tables and clearly not all tables have them. We decided to approach someone else instead, we later found out that the staff whom first assisted us was the manager.
I was once a restaurant manager. As a manager, you represent the company you work for and with the line of job that I have now, I don't appreciate the way I was treated.
The rest of the staff are nice which is how it should be. I told one of the staff the experience and she apologised.
We had drinks each and potato wedges and decided to have dinner elsewhere.
