I would not let this guy build me a cubby house, LET ALONE A PIZZA OVEN again, they are polite people and for outside ovens they would probably be ok, but when it comes to building them inside this guy has know idea.They list on their website businesses they have fitted ovens with, they do not mention all the shops they have done especially the bad one. If you ring most of them they're all unhappy or have had some type of issue. Glen seems to blame the wood that people use as the problem, even though its the wood he recommends, he also blames doors being open or closed as another problem ( eg: Draft issues )
or any other excuse he can use. His after sales service is discussing in some instances he has taken months to get back to people. The ovens do not retain heat. There are also problems with the mortar in some of the ovens being crumbly, He also does not issue certificates of compliance once finished. (Probably because they do not comply with industries standards) There are four ovens that have had been reported and documented for having ducting installed incorrectly. BE VERY CAREFUL AND DO YOUR RESARCH BEFORE CHOOSING THESE PEOPLE.
