Josh is a great barber and listens to what you want,he knows how to shape a beard too. Unfortunately today he was at Melbourne Cup and I made the mistake of trusting another member of staff to do what i wanted , I told her I didn't want my hair shaved as i was trying to grow it longer the first thing she did was shave it , very disappointed . I should have trusted my gut instinct and came back another day . Some barbers need to learn how to use scissors and blend hair, but most importantly listen to the customer. 50 bucks wasted today.
