Listen the owner does an amazing cut! She is amazing !! However the last 3 times we have been there, the owner has had to apologise that her other employee has called in sick so the wait time for the first 2 times was an hour with only a few customers waiting and the last time was over an hour and a half. I get that staff call in sick but more than twice is a pattern and something needs to be done. Am going back to our original barber that now does bookings
