Took our son here on 2 different occasions and both times the guy doing his hair did not listen to what he wanted. He walked in with his hair sweeped over to 1 side and the guy cut it to the other side both times even though he was told that is not the way he wears his hair. Instead of listening he just continued to cut his hair the other way and not pay any attention to what we/he wanted. Very poor customer service, won't bother going back again.
