Waited for over an hour for my son's haircut, customer before me waited longer than we did. 2 hairdressers cutting hair, one finished a cut then went to lunch with 5 customers waiting. Another reorganising hair product display shelves and not cutting hair to fill the gap, poor management and customer service.
I bought my 2 yo to get a haircut here (I had heard good things from family members) and to no suprise the service was outstanding, my little fella went troppo and wouldn't sit still, but the bloke persevered and gave the little fella the best hair cut he's ever had, we were only charged $20, I'd happily pay extra for men's cut.
