We are located on the top floor in The Endeavour Centre, there is a carpark in the back with free parking, entry can be made from the rear or the front of the building.

I have left a review on booksy regards to my experience at your store . This is a response to the shops response. As previously stated I gave credit where credit was due the cut and fade was spot on.
As mentioned on booksy your staff member butchered a full length beard down to a #5 length/f*kd up mess that could only be fixed with an all over #4 to even it out. The bloke was either over confident in how he thought I should look and ignored what I requested/ or inexperienced & out right panicked and didn't ask for help?!?! So no I will not be posting photos as requested of the job done as it wasn't suitable to go out in public.
Take some constructive criticism mate your shop needs a regular clean. Other then the tools of the trade that are in good nic, go and sit in your own waiting chairs and look at what your clients are looking at. Your shop is grubby, dusty and its clearly been a while since anyone wiped over any surface other then your own personal work stations.
I had a haircut from this barber shop, it was not the style cut I wanted. Before I got my haircut, I specially showed them a photo of what I wanted and the haircut I got was nowhere near the photo I showed them. The fade was way too high, some uneven hair length at the top. Charged me $45 for a skin fade which most barbers in town charge between $30-$35. I won’t be going back to this barber shop again and I will not recommend this barber shop to anyone.
Asked for a fade and got a Mohawk in the end. I know what I want when I walk into a barber shop. At the end of the day it’s my hair and I pay money to get it cut, also expecting the barber to do a good job and follow what has been presented. You become a good barber when you provide the client what they want. They suggested the top to be left long which I don’t want and it became a big issue when he left some uneven parts, the fade went too high not even blending in with the top and not even close to the photo given, he even looked at the photo a few times to get it right. I don’t even need to do any marketing, it’s $30-$35 for a adult cut and beard all round town, get your prices right and stop ripping off people. I’m sorry I used your service, I’wont be coming back.
