Sorry to say but haircut at Barber Boys Newton has to be the worst experience ever. Took my kids there but the haircut was a joke. We left with a headache from the stress we had there. The guy who seems to be the owner of the shop did the worst hair cut. He was very rude and worst in customer service. He did not listen to us or to the child about the kind of haircut he wants. He was doing his own. Eventually, he made the mess. When we pointed out to him he was not willing to accept or fix it or he may not have skills to fix it. Finally, on of the staff member came forward, looked into the child haircut. He was a reasonable guy and he fixed the haircut as much he could. Overall, worst hair cut experience ever.
