About State Basketball Centre
Opening in 2012 the State Basketball Centre is the premier basketball venue in Victoria. State Basketball Centre has hosted international level basketball and volleyball events, as well as major cheerleading and martial arts competitions. The venue has also hosted several significant trade shows amongst various other high level events.
The State Basketball Centre also hosts state and national league basketball, national schools and junior championships as well as domestic basketball 7 days a week.
State Basketball Centre is the home of Knox Basketball, Basketball Victoria, Basketball Australia, WNBL team, the Melbourne Boomers and will now be the training ground for the new NBL team, South East Melbourne Phoenix.
