The Team at Lucy j Design were wonderful. I didn't really know what I wanted. Lucy helped with the full design. and the 3D visuals helped me picture my new bathroom and Kitchen. The process was mostly seamless, however we found there was no floor under the bath and a problem with the electrics.
This was no effort for this team at Lucy j Design they organised the trades and we were in on time for Xmas.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, nothing was too much effort even when I purchased the wrong taps.
My Bathroom, laundry and sun room look completely fantastic I'm so happy with the Reno. Employing Lucy J Designs was the best decision i made they made the whole process go so smoothly, they are truly an exceptional business and go that bit extra to make it happen, really good communication, i was kept well informed of what was going on, all the tradies were really nice people and good at their job, it was money well spent.
I think what makes them so good is they offer a service that you just don't seem to get anymore, they are professionals who know how to look after their customers. Thank you Lucy J
