Definitely do not trust them for the delivery schedule. Honestly, it will be ok if they can just keep me informed about any delay or problems. So I would be able to arrange the schedule of the remodeling project better. Unfortunately, I had to keep calling them to ask the question. Getting answers "end of this week", "next week", then "next week" again. Delayed for 4 weeks eventually (hopefully... haven't got what I ordered yet). Promised that someone would call me back the next day for the details. NOPE. They won't call you. You will have to call them instead. I would not recommend this shop to others for the customer services. However, I do agree that their advice on bathroom ware is professional.

Absolute rip off! I drove 5mins down the road after visiting their shop and got a stone top double sink vanity for quarter of the price for what they wanted for one. False advertising at its finest!
