Pretty Dismal Product.
We have a Sonnen Baterrie Eco 8.0
It has broken down twice within a year of being installed. The customer service is pretty lacklustre, after calling for assistance 5 times, finally something is being done to fix the product. Last year when it broke down, it was not possible to service it for 3 months due to "COVID", now it's not possible due to the Xmas/New Years holidays, which is fair enough. But customer service will not even give me an ETA on when it is likely to be repaired.
Why put up with a poor quality product (which even the customer service agent agreed was the case), when there are other batteries on the market, which probably work for a period greater than 6 months without breaking down.
This is a warning to prospective purchasers, I would not buy this product after being furnished with this information.
