Went in a while ago with a description of a part only and the manufacturers name, the bloke behind the counter knew the manufacturer and the parts they bought. I was sorted in under 15minutes. Today, I went in with an unusual request and after milling around the showroom for all of 10 seconds “are you right, looking for something in particular?” I described my plan (not trailer related) and had parts in my hands in no time at all.
