I love getting my nails done here. Beautiful nails and friendly staffs. I had a Shellac pedicure and my lash extensions, they are incredibly amazing! I will come back for sure!
I had my eyelashes extended last year with previous owner , which was a really good experience. The eyelashes were light and look nature. So, this year I went again, this time, the owner has changed. I addressed a few times that I want ‘short and nature look eyelashes’. She pretended to understand what I needed. Then it turned out heavy artificial Party look eyelashes. So I required to remove it . She was hesitated until I said I would still pay. After another 15minutes , I came out with sore teary eyes and glue remains on the eye.
During the service, the new owner was not willing to know what the customer really want from her service, even though I tried to show her the previous video.
Poor understanding and no intention to improve.
