I'm unsure whether this business actually exists; seems like it could be a scam - I purchased a voucher for a treatment here, made a booking through the facebook page and went to the address (39 Gawler Place), 5 minutes before my appointment time. There was no communication with the business owner (who I spoke to via facebook) about the location/level/room number of the business and there was no indication in the lobby of the building that this business exists. I went up to the only room that could be a spa/beauty place, but it was completely empty, even after it was meant to be open (after 10am).
I waited for about 20 mins, called and messaged the business owner several times and did not get a response until 25 minutes after my appointment time. She did not apologise and proceeded to tell me her phone was on silent and that she could no longer fit me in at my original appointment time. She instead asked if I could do a later time that day or next week, but because of how unreliable she'd been I did not want to risk wasting my time again. The owner was very unprofessional and I never got my money back. Try and avoid this place - it's essentially a scam
