The staffs are very unprofessional. The lady that did my pedicure basically ruined my nail polish. She touched it while it's still wet and she told me that I am good to go. In addition, she is also very unhygienic. She keeps returning the stuffs that she uses in my nails in the drawer without even cleaning it. They just can't wait to get rid of me. They are supposed to finish at 6pm but they already left at 5:45 pm. This place does not even deserve a one star. Very bad customer service. This is in Level 1 Adelaide central plaza.
I went there last week as I was in the city and was needing to remove the SNS i had as it was quite old.I told them I wanted to get the SNS removed and just to get a normal manicure.They told me it was going to be 27 dollars,at least thrice though I had agreed with them already.The lady took my SNS off and demanded I pay first before she helped further.I noticed all the other ladies were paying after their nails had been done.Anyways,I got my manicure but it was already ruined by the time I got outside.Needless to say,I had to remove all of it by the second day.Never again.I will always go back to Professionail in Munnopara where I usually get mine done.
