I wouldnt recommend this lash business. I sent a photo on instagam because I wanted a certain set of lashes and the lash tech agreed to doing so. I ask for the same as a picture but pay an extra $10 for a longer length which I didnt mind. I booked my appointment and went the next day. I finish my lashes and see they are very long and not the same length as the photo i sent her. My eyes hurt from the tape on top of my eyelids. I message her later on in the day asking If she can remove them and put a new set on because ive spent $90 on lashes which Im definitely not happy with. She tells me to book another appointment to pay for a new set and pay for removal aswell. I would have spent $90 for nothing. Then she says “Go somewhere else” “I will not take you in”. What type of business is this to talk to your customers this way.Mind you I only work limited hours as a casual so this was something rare I wanted to treat myself from my hard earned money and Im crushed by her response.PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME BECAUSE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
