Showed up after having paid $40 deposit. The girl at the desk couldn't even find proof of payment eventhough on my screen shot (which I always take now as people like this are not professional) it had that I had paid $160. I had to stand in the waiting room and scroll through my bank account statements to find proof of payment as I am organised and paid for this weeks in advance!! Then when I asked her that I couldn't pay the $160 additional despite it saying below that $160 deposit was paid I was utterly disappointed to hear that she was unable to reschedule at late notice!!! However, it has come up that I have paid!!! Utterly disappointed, unprofessional and misleading. Wouldn't recommend my girlfriends!!! If she had said "Sure, let's rebook for another time due to the confusion of her not being able to even justify why the $160 deposit paid statement" meant that I have just paid a deposit, I would have happily agreed to reschedule but the way she just outright said "No, I'm keeping the deposit"...utterly unprofessional!!
