Therapies available at Affinity Day Spa include: Lithos Therapy a synthesis of cryotherapy and thermotherapy in which heated and refrigerated rocks are used as massage instruments, enhancing the effect of the therapy on aching muscles and sore joints. Lithos Therapy is particularly suited to people engaged in sports and other especially vigorous activity. Aromatherapy using essential oils to treat stress-related disorders such as insomnia, exhaustion and skin problems. Pregnancy aromatherapy aromatherapy adapted specially to cater for pregnancy. Reflexology a therapy based on the premise that regions of the body are reflected in different areas of the feet. Reflexology promotes blood-flow, enhancing general vitality.
