I have regular treatments at the salon with Sandra and my skin is always glowing afterwards. The service is excellent and Rana is always extremely friendly and chatty. The salon is always spotless and the team are doing an excellent job in ensuring that COVID guidelines are adhered to.
Came second time and met the owner, she asked me to sign a COVID-19 sheet which i was happy to do. I mentioned that i was reading an information that says that only name, mob phones , time required but she asked me to write my address too. I was surprised as i knew i dont have to write my address on Covid sheets. I told her that it’s strange as no one asking for address in other places. She got so angry and rude and told me to leave because she wasn’t happy with my point of view. When i was leaving she was insulting me behind my back. I think she doesn’t know that customer has right for their opinion...
