Had lash extensions, the lady who was doing it, Rj, was on the phone to someone the whole time. The ambiance of the place is not relaxing at all as I can hear her chatting away to someone on the phone and I can hear the other person on the phone as well. The service feels rushed as the lash tech needs to be somewhere. The lash was clumpy, mapping wasnt done correctly, and there are still a few lashes without extensions left. This was the 2nd service I had with them and both the same experience.1st was brow lamination.
