DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE !!!
I got my son and my hair cut there today at the same time. I hate both cuts and they couldn't even follow my most explicit request. I told them "do not touch the hair on the top of my son's head at all, I want all that length left there. Please just cut the sides being shorter at the bottom and grading up so it blends in with the longer part I want left." They shaved the back and sides entirely with a grade 1 and cut the top short with scissors which I told them not to touch at all. No blending between the 2 lengths. They also got a staff member to literally hold my Autistic son's head to keep him still as he was too busy talking to them and getting hair in his mouth and trying to spit it out. Unfortunately I was unaware at first as I was getting my hair cut at the same time and wasn't in a position to be able to see what they were doing to my 4yr old until I heard him get distressed.
My hair I wanted a long angle bob with the back to touch my shoulders and the front to fall mid chest. I got a very short bob cut instead and the lady who started cutting my hair just combed it all down from the crown and chopped without any sectioning. I was so shocked at the lack of any training that I wanted to walk out then and there but just before closing on a Friday and a family function the next day I couldn't leave with just one section hacked. When I told them I was unhappy they argued with me. No discount was offered at all so I paid the $70 and walked out very upset. I literally feel sick to my stomach and I now am trying to find a wig to wear for my birthday celebrations in a few weeks time.

I wish I read the reviews for this place before going there. So many people not happy at all with similar experiences. I'm surprised the shopping centre complex is happy to bring down their reputation by having such a bad hairdresser in there space, I wouldn't be renewing their rental contract on the shop if I were manager.
