Friendly efficient therapist, wax performed was good. However the rooms look like they need a thorough clean and could do with a new paint job. Bin and bench top was dirty, nowhere to hang clothes when disrobe as cupboard was filled with towels. Some of the towels looked a bit threadbare so likely needs a bit of TLC and clean up.
The rooms don't seem clean - are the towels changed between clients? as mine on both occasions didn't appear to be changed. Old fixtures and fittings and the walls and ceiling could certainly do with a lick of paint. The services were under average - especially the body scrub and the pedicures, the paint job on both occasions did not look like it was done by a professional. Had a luxury pedicure and had to ask for moisturiser on my feet and then they gave it to me and I had to put it on, cuticles weren't pushed back and so on. Body scrub was super lousy as well.
