i was in a rush to clean up my brows before a party so i thought i’d try this place, the woman working there was extremely rude and cold. she insulted my skin & told me i need to ‘fix my blackheads’ then tried to sell me a ridiculously expensive skincare product. i felt very unwelcome the whole time

my eyebrows look fine i guess, but i wouldn’t come back here due to the customer service alone

AWFUL service. Lady was rude as hell and terrible at her job. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 8 years. She made them very uneven. I told her so, she denied it and said they were already like that. Flat out lie. Worst eye brow threading I've ever had.
