I followed a awesome technician to Arndale and have been going there mostly over the last few years, between her having babies???????? i have been seeing Mimi, in the meanwhile who is also awesome . Could do anything i asked colour wise. I went today for my booked app with her but was told when i arrived she was not there and was not returning grrr, i had someone else. It was a long drawn out app 1.5hrs refill, requested colours could not be fulfilled at least 7 fingers have nicks and sore cuticles and lumpy nail surface. I think more training and practice in their down time is essential for the staff to lift their skills, and not rely on the 1 or 2 awesome skilled staff to carry the salon. Unfortunately i will not return I'm done☹????
