I went here today with my sister and best friend. They had no customer service skills at all. They took over 30 minutes to get started on any of us. My nails are all uneven and had hair set into it. I paid $50 and it was the worst manicure I’d ever gotten. When I saw the hair was set into two of my nails I went back and wanted a refund which they wouldn’t give me. They said they’d fix it for free. They are still all uneven and look gross.
The place is also really dirty. I will never be going back and hope someone shuts them down.
