Very bad service and don't recommend this service. I had a very bad experience. The staff showed their temper while doing my nails. When I asked her why you are getting angry with me, she began to talk in her language with other staff very aggressively. I told the staff four-time about my nails, and the lady ruined my real nail shapes. I told her to stop doing my nails because I don't want to get them done from here. She just left my hand on the table and said ok. Then they asked me to pay extra for making my nails shapes.
The staff need good communication skills while handling the customer. Also, they have to stop talking in different languages in front of customers.
Worst customer services… made me wait 2 hours then didn’t end up doing my nails, because I was asking questions. I’m paying to get my nails done and they wanted me to have no say in how they are going to do it. I shows her a white design but I wanted it in black and she had a racist comment: no black on back not good, white will look better
She was talking about my skin being back and getting the black nail polish…
After I asked her if she had the clear nail tips she got up and told me to go somewhere else and she can’t do my nails the way I wanted even tho I asked her before starting if she was able to do them. She was rude about the whole stand didn’t even apologise for making me wait 2 hours
