I first had an appointment at Shell's in 2019. First time I had ever had treatment of this kind. Michelle (owner) is amazing, knowledgeable and accommodating. Sam is my therapist, I see every time for any treatment I have. She is so reassuring with every treatment I try, speaks to you the whole time and explains everything to you. Her work is flawless and she caters for my needs. I am so fussy and a nervous person but with her I know I am in good hands. Thank you so much Michelle and Sam for teaching me self care.

I actually like what I see in the mirror now.
I had cancer on my right side of my nose twice and they didn't leave my face very even. My left side is normal, but the right side looked horrible, droopy deep wrinkles on my cheeks. Very dry skin, and the list goes on. A lot of really dark brown pigmentation all over my face and I hated looking in the mirror BUT not now.
