What a lovely lady. So professional and gives a fantastic facial. Would recommend Femme Skin to anyone. My daughter had her first spa package there for her birthday and she LOVED it!!
Have been trying to call and email this company for over 2 weeks now to book an appointment for a groupon voucher I purchased. Have had no response or call backs at all. The email address doesn’t work. I noticed the comment the owner responded to the last person who had a problem with a voucher and their excuse was that they sold too many vouchers and can’t keep up with the bookings. Well that doesn’t mean you can’t answer or return my calls to explain that. You just make yourself look dodgy. I may have wanted to book a full priced service but you couldn’t even answer my calls to know that.
What a waste of time. If you want business, Atleast answer phone calls to explain you’re busy instead of ignoring people. I’ve contacted groupon for my money back.
