Really bad service and experience!!!
Bought this voucher from Groupon. I bought this because its near my house. When i try to book for apt, she said that i need to come to a different address which it doesn't make sense, also the time also not suitable for me, which so different what's on the website said. once we agree into suitable time, she cancelled me few times. which is annoying and unreasonable excuses.
after almost a month finally i can come and use my voucher, but when I'm there she was soo rude, and unprofessional.
i was thinking to having a refund, but i will just give it ago.
2nd time i want to booked apt, she doing it again, cancelled my apt with unreasonable excuses. so i said to her i want to refund. and again she gave me a lot of excuses and don't want to email me back as Groupon asking for merchant number.
She didn't reply my message, once she reply she said to me that Groupon need to call her. i gave her prove from Groupon that she need to email me back with merchant approval that i didn't use the voucher.
but she never reply me back. i want my money back.
i wont go to this place! bad bad service! you stealing my money.
