While the staff were friendly I would not recommend getting eye lash extensions there. I have had extension on numerous occasions at other places and NEVER had my eyes burnt buy fumes like this.During the two hour trearment I had eyelashes jabbed in my eyes and fumes burning making my eyes water the whole time. At the end I had one eyelash line covered in white glue which was SO visible and the other eye had glue in the eyelashes. When I complained they only would refund my money if I let them remove the extensions,however when I insisted on a refund they still charged me for the eyelashes they used.
The result was average. Maybe they should stick to Threading.
This place was HORRIBLE i left in tears. Starting with the lady that did my eyebrows barely spoke english but understood that i came in for an eyebrow thread and tint. The threading itself was very painful and rough compared to other places i have been to. She took very little precaution and it was extremely rushed as she had another client waiting to have their tint removed. When she was done i looked at my eyebrows and immediately started crying in shock of how THIN AND UNEVEN they were i was so upset but she proceeded to put the tint on and told me it would look better. I asked her to make sure the tint didn’t come out dark and as horrible as the threading was. This lady left the tint on my eyebrows for about 20 minutes and it was way too dark for me. My eyebrows are ruined. Please get better professional and trained workers this is absolutely shocking.
