This would have to be the worst Essential Beauty franchise. Had a change of tragus jewellery and within two weeks it had fallen out. I rang to see if either they replace and re pierce as it was already starting to close over. To my dismay was flatly denied and was told it's not their fault the stud had come undone. No offer of a resolution. I was absolutely disgusted with the customer service.
Never return there again

WHAT A JOKE!! My ears were butchered by a totally incompetent staff member, Zoe. Went for a simple ear re-piercing of two closed up holes, came out after approx 30min, with 3 EXTRA holes and the other 2, a total mess. It was quite a painful experience and one ear was still bleeding on leaving... Then, OVER CHARGED for the whole disaster!!!
Worse even still, owner had no response after several attempts to get some feedback and a refund, which I absolutely should have received. I should note that she was informed about the incident shortly after it happened.
Thankfully, other staff who knew, "said", staff member and were aware of my terrible experience, one of whom was at the store at the time, were apologetic and empathetic to my traumatising experience.
After around a 4 - 5 weeks of trying to get some type of response/compensation, I just gave up...
Owner of this business is a DISGRACE!! As the owner of a small business myself, I was just astounded at the lack of concern, responsibility shown and just a total "I don't give a #### attitude.
If things go wrong at this place, and I sincerely hope they don't, you have been warned...
