Would describe this place as not fancy but cheap. Ken responded to my booking request and all other emails promptly, and was there to greet us on the day. Ken was friendly and welcoming. Perfect base for our hot air balloon flight the next day, just 8 minutes from Northam Airfield. Located directly across from Avon River, grandsons enjoyed riding there scooters on the path, and nearby playground. This place is ideal for an overnight stay to explore Northam.
