worst customer service, absolutly no comunication.
Odered a bed & mattress cover online which was delivered yesterday.
realised the matress cover was missing as I was unwrapping the matress.
I called up about missing item and was told to pick it up in store.
We go to the store and was told they were out of stock! We were also informed she would recieve a phone call from snooze once they called the other locations about retrieving the missing item. We are still waiting for the phone call! We shouldn't have to pick it up ourselves when we opt/paid for delivery in the first place, especially when its the componey that has messed up.
The lack of comunication between customer and business is beyond par!
