This company has driven me to writing my first review. How is this business still taking orders/surviving? What a shambles. Like every other review here, we had the same problem of broken promises and it never arriving. If only we looked at the reviews first. 9 months after ordering we finally pulled the pin and got our money back. Non stop waffle emails always with the same excuse. Thought we were buying quality not cheap imports. Feels a bit like getting caught up in a drop shipping business that doesn't know how to drop ship. Avoid! Thanks, Ben.
My experience with Bunkers was much like the last review. After ordering in January with an expected March delivery, the delivery date kept getting pushed out. Once they finally said yes delivery will be available from May, they called me a week later to say that all but one part would be available at this May date and a couple of weeks later the other part would be ready. So I told them I would wait the few weeks and pick it all up together. A few weeks later I emailed, called and left a message (they don't answer the phone), no response. Another week later I emailed again confirming that I really needed the bed and that I could pick it up that week only to be told that it had been used to fulfil someone else's order and I had to wait another month!! Apparently they allocate stock based on when people call and ask to collect it, not when you place the order and pay the deposit. So even thought I was waiting for them to get the part in and they knew I was going to pick it up once it was in, they sold it to someone else who obviously called between those 2 times. I received a full refund and would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer service, extremely disorganised. I ended up going to OOTC on Magill road where the customer service was great, product not made in China and delivery within a week.
