The ILKA team made several alterations to the hem, straps, and hip seam of my dress as well as widening the waistband on my blouse. They went above and beyond what I expected. Although we agreed that they would add a small piece to the blouse waistband to widen it, they instead went to the hassle of unpicking the entire waistband and replacing it with a longer piece so that there wouldn't be any unsightly seams.
I found the team, particularly Erin to be very empathetic and understanding through all my dealings with them. They made my dress fit like a dream, two weeks out from my wedding.
