Have dealt with these guys multiple times now & can not overemphasise enough how much I would recommend them!
After my first experience with them & in lieu of my experience with others stores, they are my first point of contact for ALL my scooter part needs.
That first experience was so far above & beyond what I went through with traditional scooter stores, the contrast was night & day.
To give some context...
I had ordered a part from two seperate E-Scooter stores.
The first sent me the wrong part entirely, despite having been sent photos of the part I needed.
The second (being the retailer I bought my scooter from) having taken a full week to respond to my emails, sent me the correct part but it was an obviously used, second hand part!
I was never told this would be the case & on top of that, the purchase price was $10 more than advertised elsewhere!
In both cases, the parts were returned for a full refund but I took the L on the express postage... twice!
Finally, I headed to Facebook where I met Brendan & subsequently discovered the eScootNow Store.
Within a matter of minutes I had the part ordered & recieved it 2 days later via standard post, having been burned twice with express previously... lol.
Ever since, any time I need a part, the eScootNow Store is my first port of call & I have never been disappointed.
Brendan is always exceedingly efficient to deal with.
He is prompt to respond & he knows what he's talking about to boot. He's always cordial & friendly, which is a refreshing change in comparison to some traditional, bricks-and-mortar stores I have dealt with.
This store is a masteclass in how it should be done!
You need something, they have it, you buy it, you get it.
It's not rocket science yet it is something other stores fail at miserably, time & time again.
eScootNow has a 100% success rate for me & I will continue to rely on them in future.
I can't say in words how highly I would recommend them so if you're looking for scooter parts, skip the headaches & dramas with other stores & just go with these guys...
...you won't be disappointed!
