I’d just like to appreciate the person who served me today at 99 Bikes Joondalup. Daniel grabbed the bike I had wanted from storage did the safety check and even ensured it was the right size for me. He checked the stock of a new bike lock for me to ensure it won’t get stolen and signed me up to be a gold member. Daniel is a crucial part of the team there at 99 Bikes and deserves a great depth of respect and gratitude.
Recently went shopping for a bike with my teenage son, visited a few bike shops around Joondalup then went into 99 Bikes, Ethan O looked after us brilliantly , he had excellent product knowledge, answered all our questions, went above and beyond to find a bike that had the features my son was looking for, he was measured on the sizing device to ensure the correct size bike, was encouraged to test drive it...... all whilst keeping us within our budget, Ethan even came up with other bike options when I remembered our budget had to also include a helmet and a substantial lock. My son is delighted with his bike and I'd happily recommend 99 Bikes Joondalup for their excellent customer service.
