Worst customer service. Attended twice and got treated the same. Tried returning an item with essential missing parts and received bad attitude and pushback. Item was eventually returned.
Then came to buy another item a few months later. Male service person was unhelpful to someone who was clearly new to bikes. And customer service male gave wrong item despite being told exact size...and appeared unclear to what he was grabbing and asked if it looked like the right size...took it home and turned out not to be...never coming back here again.
For newbies don't come as they won't help you, for the pros...you're likely going to have more knowledge than these guys...
General customer service attitude makes you not want to join the cycling community. Unhelpful, unfriendly, uninterested and clearly not good representatives to the cycling community.
