I want to share how exceptional our experience has been at the 99 bikes, Mile End store!
We wanted to do some research on mountain bikes at the weekend (not necessarily with the intention to buy), and the reason we bought 3 bikes and roof racks on the day was because of Pippa’s fantastic customer service! There was also a lovely gentleman who helped us fix our new roof racks to the car so we could take the bikes home on the day! Both Pippa and the other consultant (sorry we didn’t get your name) persisted even in the rain to fix the racks and also talk us through how to fix/remove them on our own. Incredible customer service!
To add further to our personalised experience, Pippa sold us 2 road bikes nearly 3 years ago, and yet still remembered us straight away. With the volume of customers that must visit your store monthly/annually, we were blown away that she not only remembered us, but remembered a couple of key characteristics about us as customers. VERY impressive!
Thank you again for an amazing experience, and despite living over in West Lakes, we will be using Mile End for future purchases and bike servicing!
Very appreciative customers!!
Kind Regards,
Bec & Liz Watchman
