I didn't feel welcome in the shop. The staff didn't seem interested in helping me, were disengaged. I had a much better experience in Giant which is just next door.
If you want to get a quality advice and have a great conversation while purchasing a good gear, just go to Giant shop and talk to Jeff.
Had a warranty claim that the shop assistant wanted me to get spare parts and fix myself even though the product was with the 12 month warranty period. Said that wasn’t appropriate then she said I had to get it assessed by their warranty person which would’ve meant I couldn’t get home on my bike. What BS, any decent shop gives you a replacement when the product is clearly faulty. Avoid this small stingy shop.
