Kinesiology allows to not only look at one particular physical or emotional problem, but also to provide long term solutions using both Eastern medicine and Body Phycology. Gentle technique of muscle testing is used to determine the underlying cause of stress as well an appropriate healing method. The session can consist of physical work only (remedial massage, acupressure, Bowen therapy or Trigger Point therapy), or it could involve energy healing such as Aromatherapy, Sound therapy, or Crystal therapy, or a mixture of
