When I found out this was coming, I knew it would be great, but I didn’t know it would actually be insanely amazing with immediate effects + on going post treatment effects and benefits.
I have experienced the full body arctic twice. And I can’t wait for my next session.
I’m using cryotherapy for over all health and exercise recovery. So far my energy levels are souring and my muscles are recovering quicker. My skin is feeling soft and has a supple look to it. I would like to try the spot therapy to concentrate on my tennis elbow pain.

While skeptical at first, i had seen more and more studies on the internet regarding cryotherapys many benefits.

As i wanted the benefits of improved sleep and calorie burn, it was important to have acsess to a cryotherapy chamber that activated the brain and hypothalamus.
It works, other than improved mood and better sleep, i have noticed:
