About The Shire Birth Doula
As a Birth Doula my goal is to educate you on all things birth, and help you to make an educated decision about your birth. I will provide support during your pregnancy, through helping you to create a birth plan, discussing fears or any worries you may have, answering any questions and helping you to plan for your birth. I will support you physically and emotionally during your labour and post birth! I provide in home postpartum support, in order for you to soak up those new born days. Postpartum support looks different for each person - it may involve Breastfeeding Support, cooking you and your family meals or taking care of bub whilst you have a shower and then have a sleep.

Tiarne was the most incredible source of comfort and wisdom throughout my pregnancy and when we welcomed our bub! She was always there when I needed advice or had questions, and dealt with all of my 'is this normal?' messages with a smile and great resources to ease my anxieties.
