We really like the blind product that Bunbury Blind Gallery supplied but we’re extremely disappointed with the installation quality and any help to rectify the problems.
I’m no blind expert so I did expect them to foresee any installation issues.
I wish I had installed them myself.
The installer hacked our windows with a reciprocating saw - an extremely savage demolition tool in my opinion. The sliding windows are very easy to pop out and take outside for a neat cut with a smaller saw.
Every window had a pile of sharp metal off cuts around it.
At least 4 of the blinds were badly measured (and apparently our fault). Ie- some blinds go down between the skirtings and one is only a few mm short of being able to do the same!
If you use these guys make sure you hire a professional installer!!
