Should think twice about this company...
The saleperson was lovely and professional so we thought the whole process would be smooth. Nevertheless all went downhill the moment we paid upfront. We had to do installation in parts due to supply so for the blind installation, my partner waited for a whole morning only to find out that they got the wrong address in the system. We verified the address again on the phone to avoid further hiccups.
Upon the next installation, I waited past our given window and yet no one came so I called their customer service. Called several times without success, a few times I could tell someone picked up then hanged up on me without saying. Finally got hold of someone but the lady was very rude to me, not at all friendly or customer-orientated. I also found out they still had wrong address in the system and at this point I was pretty surprised at what a joke this ordeal can be... The lady then said technician will be at my door in an 1hr and so I waited. Past the timeframe and yet no one came so another call. The lady this time was more friendly and understanding and the technician seemed to know what he was doing so I thought finally we may get our curtain... Yet I was wrong again...
The technician told me that he couldn't install some parts of the curtain due to the factory making it wrong... and so we have to wait again for them to remake it. What an absolute joke this can be...
